All the official members of CLR must follow the following rules and regulations.

1. All the new members will have to pay a sum of Rs 50/- to enroll themselves as the official member of CLR, while the existing members will have to pay a sum of Rs 40/- to renew their membership.

2. The enrollment will be done by filling up the form in http://clrofficial.com/userregister.html and uploading the payment screenshot in the same.

3. All the members will have to pay a monthly fee of Rs 25/- using the same UPI ID provided or scanning the QR code in the page.

4. Non-payment of monthly dues of three months and six months will cost a penalty of Rs. 50/- and membership cancellation respectively.

5. Once the membership is cancelled, you will have to re-register by paying the admission fees and also the full membership due of that prevailing year as a whole while registration. (Only if the admins allow)

6. The members will have to maintain a decorum towards other members and treat everyone equally irrespective of their caste, creed, religion sex and nationality.

7. All the members must be the part of the CLR Facebook Group and CLR Official Members WhatsApp group.

8. All the members are expected to address the Admins and Moderators personally if they have any grievances against the organization, and not talk against CLR in any other platforms.

9. Breaking of any of the above rules will result in a membership termination.

10. All the members are encouraged to promote CLR Page and Group through their personal feed.

Benefits of CLR MEMBERSHIP

1. All the new members will be provided with a brand-new T-Shirt with CLR Logo and Tag after 8 months of enrollment. All the existing members will be provided with a new CLR Marchendise.Each member must try to attend at least one offline event wearing that T-shirt.

2. All the members will be given preference to enroll for the CLR Online and Offline events over non-members, given all the participants of his/her team is an official member of CLR.

3. For every online and offline event, the admin team will appoint 5 to 10 members for CLR EVENT MANAGEMENT PANEL through a process of voting that will be conducted among the members before the start of every CLR Calendar Year (March – February). These members will be in charge of organizing the events of CLR under the guidance of CLR Admins and Moderators. The members of the CLR EVENT MANAGEMENT PANEL will not be able to participate in any event of that particular section (offline/online).
